Malta is part of the EU

The Malta citizenship by investment offers high net worth individuals and their family the opportunity to become citizens of Malta. This is one of the most popular and enduring programs that we consult on. This passport allows you to live, study, work, and travel anywhere within the European Union (incl. the UK). Maltese citizens also have visa-free or visa on arrival access to 167 countries and territories.
Here’s some background information about Malta and the citizenship program.
About Malta
Malta, officially known as The Republic of Malta, is a Southern European island country consisting of an archipelago in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. Historically, this position has given it a significant strategic importance as a naval base, and a series of powers have governed the islands through the ages.
This has seen it develop a unique culture with a variety of influences (its two official languages are Maltese and English) and in recent years its location has made it a prime setting for investors looking to the EU and beyond. Because of its scenic beauty and historic image, it has become a favoured location for filming big budget movies.

With its warm climate and historical monuments (including 3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites), Malta is a very popular tourist destination.
