The Turkish Citizenship by Investment (TCBI) programme has been introduced by the Turkish Government on 19th September 2018. It is one of the newest citizenship programme.

How to obtain citizenship?
You can obtain citizenship via the government investment program that welcomes new citizens who are ready to contribute to the economy. There are two investment options:
Option A
$250,000 in real estate
Option A stipulates that a minimum investment of $200,00 on the condition to not sell the property within the next 3 years
Option B
$500,000 bank deposit
Option B is to make a deposit in cash of $500,000 in cash and leave it for at least 3 years in a Turkish Bank
How long does it take?
Residency permit is obtained in 2 months and approval of citizenship within 4 months.
Who can apply?
You can apply if you:
- have no criminal record
- can justify the origin of the funds for investment
- hold a valid passport or travel document
- follow the investment requirements mentioned above (donation + real estate investment)
